In 1977, Melissa Ohden miraculously survived an abortion procedure & was then adopted into a loving family. Come hear her share her powerful story as she brings a message of hope, healing and forgiveness. This free event is open to the public & will be held on Friday, Feb. 3 at the Joe Crowley Student Union, 3rd floor Theater at 7:00 PM. It is essential to note particular at Our Lady of Wisdom University Catholic Community, our roots, our ethos, our ministry, our local way of life is firmly established in the life and faith, the keen intellect and the pastoral sensitivity of Blessed John Henry Newman. Inspired by this wonderful man, let us always seek to provide both a place and the opportunities for college students to grow in their relationship with God, and to minister among each other and to others both on and off campus.

Our Lady of Wisdom Parish is a sacramental community of faith, guided by the Holy Spirit and centered in the celebration of the Eucharist. The mission of Our lady of Wisdom is an outreach to university students, young adults, and all others who support this mission. We share the mission of the Catholic Church to make known the presence of God's saving love as revealed to us by Jesus Christ. We are dedicated to praise and worship God, to foster spiritual growth and conversion, to nurture our community , and to reach out to all people in their spiritual an temporal needs.
